“Constantly great food and service”

Been coming here with my family for over 8 years, they are always able to get us a table even when we don’t get a chance to book. The service is always exceptional with the staff making sure your evening is great every time you go. The menu has been updated many times since we’ve been coming here but the food is always outstanding and they recommend perfect dishes depending on your appetite for spice and richness. Also the takeaway standard is just as good as eating in and they are always ready on time.
So over all we’ve been coming here for many years and it’s been consistently great and we’ll continue to come here for years to come.

“Top quality!”

If you’re looking for something above the standard Indian cuisine we generally find in London, it’s worth a visit down the A13 to Village Indiya.

I went with friends a number of times and found consistently they were able to serve high quality tasty dishes and a range of specialities. You can request dishes made to your preferences too without compromising taste.

Whenever we feel we’ve gone through the good restaurants in East London and prefer something different and guaranteed quality, the first option that comes into mind is Village Indiya.

Worth a try. You won’t regret it. We didn’t.

“Food is superb…”

I have eaten Indian (Bangladeshi) food for over 40 years and the standard of the food at this establishment has to be among the best I have ever eaten. I had the Karma Sutra and my wife the Hari Mirchi, both dishes was very well cooked and we asked for no donia (coriander) and that was exactly what we got. The service is superb and very attentive — there isn’t any draught beer only bottled but the bottles include Cobra, Kingfisher, and Tiger. The chicken tasted like fresh chicken as opposed to the ‘common’ ‘from frozen’ or ‘reheated’ option.

The owner is a nice guy and a chef himself, and so understands customers desires. He lives local and calls in all the time to ensure standards are met — and they are.

Very well done to a fine restaurant with fine staff and excellent food. I was very impressed and that takes a lot for me…

“Fantastic”

This is just about the best Indian I have ever eaten in! It has a fantastic menu with some unusual dishes alongside the more traditional menu. The quality of the food is superb as is the service! It is always packed out and you defiantly need to book of a weekend evening as often just turning up means a fair…
